GAP Assessment
A GAP Assessment identifies the difference between the current state and the target state. A GAP Assessment is conducted by experienced INOSOLVE experts at your site and usually takes between 2 and 5 days. Depending on the complexity of the requirement, up to 5 different INOSOLVE experts participate.
It is the basis to compare current conditions and practices to identify gaps and areas for improvement in terms of compliance with relevant standards.
Within the GAP assessment we already design solution scenarios, which we present to you at the end of the assessment.
